Channel Sales Manager – Australia
Tait partners with a carefully selected network of Dealers who deliver our solutions across a range of markets throughout Australia. These partners are chosen based on their strong alignment to our target industries, their professional approach, and the quality of the relationships we build together.
We are seeking a Channel Sales Manager to lead these partnerships, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction through our Dealer network. This role plays a critical part in strengthening relationships, supporting sales opportunities, and ensuring Dealers are enabled to successfully deliver Tait solutions into the market. The successful candidate will also be willing to travel interstate frequently to meet with Dealers and support business growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
* Own and manage relationships with Dealers across the Region
* Develop and execute the Channel Plan in collaboration with senior sales leadership
* Contribute to individual Dealer Account Plans and drive their successful delivery
* Support Dealers in winning opportunities, including engagement with end customers
* Coordinate internal resources to strengthen partnerships and maximise outcomes
* Maintain effective channel coverage across key markets and verticals
* Monitor Dealer performance, including sales, margin, and pipeline, and take corrective action where required
* Lead and align channel sales activities with broader business strategy
* Provide accurate forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis
* Identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve ease of doing business
* Monitor competitor activity to optimise market positioning
* Support and enhance the One Tait Dealer Program Coordinate documents, correspondence, and sales activities
* Support sales bids, quotes, and customer enquiries

* Enable Dealers to successfully position and deliver Tait solutions
* Drive revenue growth and expansion across target and emerging markets
* Strengthen strategic partnerships and long‐term business value
Success Measures
* Achievement of sales revenue targets through the Dealer network
* Improvement in customer satisfaction (e.g. Net Promoter Score)
* Delivery of Channel and Account Plans on time and with accuracy
* High‐quality, reliable opportunity forecasting within CRM systems
About You

* Proven experience in channel or partner sales leadership
* Strong ability to build and maintain high‐value business relationships
* Commercially driven with experience managing sales performance and forecasts
* Skilled in working cross‐functionally to support complex sales opportunities
* Strategic thinker with strong execution capability
* Experience in technology, telecommunications, or related industries preferred
