Central Highlands Anaesthetic Associates is a well-established anaesthetic practice providing expert anaesthesia services for a range of surgical and procedural specialties in Ballarat and the surrounding regions. Our team of highly skilled Anaesthetists works closely with surgeons, proceduralists, and healthcare facilities to ensure safe and effective patient care.
We are currently seeking experienced and professional Medical Receptionists to join our friendly and supportive team.
Positions Available:
* Full-Time: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
* Part-Time: 2–3 days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
* Liaising with Anaesthetists, surgeons, proceduralist rooms, and patients
* Managing appointment bookings and patient inquiries
* Data entry and maintaining accurate patient records
* Processing payments and invoicing
* Performing general administrative duties to support the practice
About You:
* Previous experience in medical administration is required
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
* Proficiency with web-based software
* Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment
