About the role
As Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of complex, multi-storey modular residential developments, overseeing projects valued between $20–30 million. You will provide strong leadership across design, factory production, and site delivery, while managing multiple projects concurrently.
This role is suited to a Project Manager who understands the technical, regulatory, and buildability challenges of modular multi-residential construction and can proactively resolve issues before they impact program or cost.
Key responsibilities
* Deliver multi-storey modular residential projects from design through to completion
* Manage projects valued between $20–30 million
* Lead and coordinate project teams including Site Managers, Project Coordinators, and Safety Officers
* Resolve complex design and coordination issues prior to construction impacts
* Liaise closely with fire, acoustic, façade, and specialist engineers to ensure compliant and buildable solutions
* Manage 2–3 concurrent projects across different stages of delivery
* Maintain strong control of program, budget, risk, quality, and safety outcomes
* Act as the key point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders
About you
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
* Recent experience (within the last 2–3 years) delivering multi-storey modular residential projects
* Proven experience managing large-scale residential projects valued at $20M+
* Strong leadership experience managing multi-disciplinary project teams
* Excellent technical understanding of design coordination and buildability
* Experience working with specialist consultants (fire, acoustic, façade, etc.)
* The ability to confidently run multiple complex projects simultaneously
* Strong commercial acumen and contract administration skills
* A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong stakeholder management capability
