IT Applications Coordinator - Systems and Digital Support
Location: Cockburn, WA
Position: Full-time (40 hrs/week)
Commencement: Immediate Start
About the Role
We are seeking a highly capable and versatile IT Systems & ERP Specialist to take ownership of our IT environment, ERP system, and digital infrastructure.
This is not a traditional helpdesk role. You will work across multiple areas of the business, supporting ERP systems, reporting, cybersecurity, infrastructure, website management, and quality compliance within a regulated environment.
You will be a key contributor to continuous improvement initiatives and play an important role in ensuring our systems remain secure, efficient, and aligned with operational needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide high-level support and optimisation for the company ERP system
* Develop and maintain SQL queries and Crystal Reports for business reporting
* Maintain IT infrastructure including hardware, software, networking, and cybersecurity
* Support and administer the Microsoft 365 environment
* Manage and update the company website and assist with digital marketing materials
* Conduct internal audits and validations to support ISO 13485 compliance
* Identify and implement IT and process improvements across departments
* Provide technical support and troubleshooting across the organisation
Skills & Experience
* Strong SQL skills and experience with Crystal Reports
* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 and cloud environments
* Experience supporting ERP systems in a business environment (JIWA experience highly regarded)
* Understanding of networking, hardware maintenance, and cybersecurity best practices
* Experience with CMS platforms and basic marketing/design tools
* Knowledge of ISO 13485 or similar quality management systems highly regarded
* Excellent organisational and time management skills

You are a proactive, hands‐on problem solver who takes ownership and accountability for your work. You enjoy variety and are comfortable working across multiple disciplines including ERP systems, IT infrastructure, reporting, compliance, and business support.
You work well both independently and as part of a collaborative team environment, and can translate technical concepts into clear, practical solutions for non‐technical users. You are confident managing competing priorities in a fast‐paced environment and are highly organised with strong time management skills.
You proactively identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions that enhance efficiency, reliability, and business performance across the organisation.
