What you will be doing:
You might have a few techy skills up your sleeve to troubleshoot and resolve service and minor technical problems students are having
Process is something that you love to follow as you will be documenting all information and maintaining accurate student records
Getting to the issue and using your negotiation skills to explore and resolve student issues and minimise course cancellations is your Superpower

About you:
Like us you will have a passion for education. You might have a background in retail or a call centre, where you have exercised your adaptability in giving great customer service.
This is a full time role so you need to have full working rights and be based within Australia
We are passionate about customer service so you need to be too
Your Superpower is getting to the nitty gritty of a problem and solving it
You really do like a chat
Ability to confidently use technology, systems and web based organisational tools
