We're looking for a results-driven Retail Account Manager to grow the Billi brand across retail channels. In this role, you'll manage and develop retail distribution networks, strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, and ensure our products are front and center in the market.
What you'll do:
* Build and nurture relationships with retail partners, merchants, and key accounts.
* Drive sales growth and market share through strategic account planning.
* Deliver product training and engaging presentations to influence decision-makers.
* Monitor performance, analyse trends, and implement strategies for success.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional client service.
What we're looking for:
* Proven experience in retail sales and account management.
* Strong negotiation, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
* Highly organised with a results-driven mindset.
* CRM proficiency and commercial acumen.
* Valid driver's license (travel required).
