What you'll do
In this role you will grow BIG W's customer base against our hero destinations and missions for our focus businesses (Clothing, Everyday, Play and Home), competing with GM and specialists to grow our market share in each business while building towards overall brand and business objectives.
* Develop and execute end-to-end category marketing strategies aligned with sales growth and brand objectives.
* Lead product nominations and trade marketing initiatives using category insights to drive market share.
* Leverage Rewards, App, digital, and in-store environments to deliver integrated marketing outcomes.
* Partner with Commercial, Digital, and Agency stakeholders to ensure project synergy and brand consistency.
* Contribute to quarterly briefs and competitor reporting to inform go-to-market approaches and brand performance.
* Manage the full project lifecycle - from brief to post-implementation review, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.

Highly disciplined and detail-oriented, you expertly navigate the critical path to deliver end-to-end projects on time and within budget.
A natural collaborator, you build trust with stakeholders across Commercial and Digital teams to ensure a seamless, customer-first experience across every touchpoint.
Key skills, attributes and desirable experience includes:
* Previous experience as a marketing manager for a successful retail business with a proven focus on customer.
* Previous experience as a known and trusted business partner in a fast-paced environment
* Experience in strategic planning in a marketing context and ability to influence outcomes in a cross-functional environment
