We're currently seeking dedicated Case Manager's to join our Mount Isa team. In this role, you'll play a vital part in supervising individuals on community-based orders or parole, helping them make meaningful progress while contributing to a safer Queensland.

To thrive as a Case Manager, you will need to demonstrate the ability to:
* Prioritise community safety when interviewing individuals, assessing and responding effectively to risk
* Manage multiple and complex demands and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment, whilst navigating policy and procedural frameworks to implement daily offender management policies
* Supportive productive working relationships with internal teams, external service providers, and community stakeholders
* Act with integrity and display personal drive
* Communicate with influence, adapting your approach to engage effectively with diverse audiences.

To be eligible for this role, you must:
* Hold a current driver's licence
* Have full working rights in Australia
