The project brings together government agencies, non-for-profit partners, a technology partner, lived experience and community groups to co-design and implement ways of working, including a data-sharing application, that enhances safety, coordination, and overall outcomes for families and individuals experiencing family and domestic violence.About The RoleAs a Project Officer, CLEAR you will work alongside and under the direction of Project Manager and provide a broad range of project management and support services ensuring milestones and deliverables are met in a timely manner. You will support effective day-to-day delivery of the project by coordinating high level logistics, stakeholder engagement, meeting and documentation administration as well as project communications. The role will also work very closely with other project delivery partners to ensure smooth execution of all project associated activities, including timely reporting as well as project feedback and evaluation.This is 2-year max term contract, working 37.5 hours per week with the role being based out of East Perth.Skills and Experiences:About YouIn order to be successful in this role you will have:Undergraduate degree in social work, community development, project management, public policy or a related fieldDemonstrated experience in high level project coordination and administration, preferably within the FDV social services sector.Recent and relevant working knowledge of current theories, practices, and literature in social services collaboration, particularly related to FDV service delivery.Experience in data sharing, data governance and compliance, system interoperability, and impact monitoringExperience in assessing and managing ongoing risk in service deliveryEffective communication negotiation and stakeholder engagement skillsHigh-level interpersonal communication and analytical skillsCritical reflection of practice skills to inform continuous improvementAbility to work independently and creatively, using initiative and a reasonable degree of autonomyAbility to be flexible, adaptive, and resilient working with complex client groups and safety risksYou will also need a National Police Clearance current within 1 year and a WA Drivers License.Impact And BenefitsSharing your knowledge, skills and experience, you will make an impact to the lives of families and communities across the state.In return for your drive and commitment, we provide the support of an inclusive and welcoming community which places people at the heart of all the work we do and encourages broad thinking, curiosity, creativity and best practice.Also:-A competitive annual salary range $99k-$101k plus super12% superannuationIn addition to your remuneration, you will enjoy generous tax-free salary packaging benefits where you can package up to $15,900 per annum and not pay tax on that amount.Flexible, family friendly working conditions3 additional days of leave during the festive periodWhy join us?At Anglicare WA we are all about people, placing people at the heart of our work.
