The Successful Applicant
A successful Talent Acquisition professional should have:
Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition roles, ideally within the transport & distribution, Warehousing industry or a high volume blue collar environment.
Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and techniques.
Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes effectively and efficiently.
Proficiency in using recruitment software and databases.
A proactive approach to identifying and engaging top talent.
