Key Role Summary
As a senior procurement officer, you will play a pivotal role in driving business improvement within a government department. Your primary responsibility will be to manage high-risk procurement and oversee the full tender lifecycle from planning to contract award.
Not only will you provide expert advice to stakeholders and exercise procurement authorisations, but you will also ensure the accuracy and integrity of the department's procurement data through monthly data reconciliation and contract disclosure reporting.

* Procurement Management: Lead the management of complex procurement processes from start to finish, ensuring adherence to Queensland Government frameworks.
* Business Improvement: Develop and implement new business processes and technology solutions to enhance the procurement and contract management frameworks.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure service delivery meets whole-of-government requirements.
