Cold storage forklift operators required
* The labour force is seeking experienced cold storage forklift operators with double deep reach experience.
* The ideal candidate will have the ability to work a regular roster from Monday to Friday, AM shifts (6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm or 10am-6pm).
* The pay rate is competitive, including casual loading and an hourly freezer allowance.
* Work in a chiller freezer environment, picking and packing food products on high-reach forklifts with double deep reach capabilities.
* Immediate starts are available, offering a temporary-to-permanent opportunity.
Requirements:
* Must hold unlimited working rights in Australia (full-time hours).
* High-reach forklift operator experience is essential.
* Excellent recent pick/pack experience in busy distribution centres is desired.
* Voice pick experience is preferred but willingness to train is appreciated.
* Previous experience meeting Key Performance Indicators is necessary.
* Attention to detail is paramount.
* Computer literacy is required.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
* Fitness level must be high to perform heavy lifting tasks when required.
* A high level of pride in work is expected.
* Ability to work well within a team environment is vital.
