Overview
We are currently accepting applications for a Truck Driver with MR Driver Licence or above to work with a road maintenance team based at Hay.
This role will involve working full‐time hours for an initial period of 6 weeks, with potential for further work for good quality workers. An attractive hourly pay rate is being offered, including overtime penalty rates and allowances for additional hours of work.
Responsibilities
Duties will include driving MR maintenance trucks for the movement of materials and transfer of work teams. You will also be required to undertake manual labour with the roadworks crew.
Qualifications
* Current WHS White Card – essential
* Worker On Foot card – or willingness to obtain (online link can be provided for successful applicant)
* Traffic control tickets – or willingness to obtain
* Previous experience with road construction or maintenance will be highly regarded
* Fit for manual work tasks as required
* Willingness to undertake police record check
