Critical Minerals Development Director
A leader is required to develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the ANZ region. The role involves devising a strategic plan to achieve sales growth within the commodity group of Mining & Metals Sector, specifically Copper, Lithium, Nickel, Cobalt, Aluminum, and Rare Earths.

Key Responsibilities
* Actively co-create with clients and ERMers to develop value-added programs where ERM can impact client's business.
Accountabilities and Deliverables
* Build external relationships, grow thought leadership and strategic 'Points of View' in the sector, and establish networks that will enhance standing as a go-to consultancy for sustainable critical minerals development;
* Further advance reputation for supporting development of challenging and complex projects to bring new critical materials to market enabling low carbon economy transition;
* Identify new and emerging Critical Mineral Clients with potential to develop clients that can join High Growth, High Value program in Australia and support selection of same in other key geographies;
* Meet business financial targets, F2F and pipeline, overall project budget and schedule, client satisfaction/expectations, and internal requirements.
