* Working on an $35 million apartment construction project, consisting of 80 units
* $150K - 170k package
* Project due for completion in 2027
* Site based Greater Western Sydney

* Reporting to a Project Manager
* Focus on apartment construction projects in the $20 - 50 million range
* Established client base as well as own developments
* 40 staff in business

You will have
* A Construction Management Degree or similar
* Previous contracts administration experience with established Builder/ Developer in Sydney - residential apartment experience essential
* 3 years minimum post graduate experience as a CA
* Procore/ Jobpac experience required
* Experience on residential construction projects over $20 million
* A steady career history and proven contracts administration skills
* Ability to communicate well with supply chain
