Role Summary
The Senior Solution Consultant partners closely with customers to design, define, and deliver tailored solutions on the MDO platform. This role owns the full cycle of project implementation — from requirements to go‐live — ensuring that solutions meet business needs, adhere to timelines, and maintain high quality. Senior Solution Consultants also mentor and coach team members, contributing to overall delivery excellence and capability building.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead end‐to‐end project implementation, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and quality standards.
* Collaborate with customers to design and present solution blueprints, including design documents and functional specifications.
* Configure the MDO platform as per agreed specifications and industry best practices.
* Proactively identify and mitigate risks, minimizing delays or disruptions to delivery.
* Provide structured and transparent project status reporting to stakeholders.
* Mentor Solution Consultants and Associate Consultants, providing coaching and knowledge transfer.
* Collaborate with Solution Architects and Project Managers to align solutions with business requirements and design outcomes.
* Consult Consultants and other team members, fostering their growth and development.
Qualifications
* Must Have
* 5+ years of relevant experience, with 2–3 end‐to‐end project implementations (preferably B2B).
* Strong background in consulting projects involving enterprise systems.
* Proven expertise in project management practices, requirements gathering, and design documentation.
* Hands‐on experience working with international customers across time zones.
* Bachelor's or Engineering degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, or Statistics.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
* Good to Have
* SAP certification and/or prior SAP project experience.
* Proficiency in SQL or scripting languages.
* Exposure to data analysis, data quality management, or data governance.
* Business understanding of SAP Master Data Management domains.
* Industry knowledge in supply chain or asset‐intensive sectors.
* Familiarity with BPMN or related certifications.
