* Plumber | Permanent Full Time Role
* We are seeking an experienced Plumber to join our Property Services team at Greenslopes Private Hospital in Brisbane.
About The Role
In this role you will be responsible for carrying out maintenance, installation and testing of plumbing equipment and services within the hospital.
You will be responsible for ensuring compliance of plumbing equipment and installations to the law, regulations, standards, test and approval specifications and codes of safety practice as laid down by the Standards Association of Australia and the regulatory authorities.
The successful candidate will also be required to participate in a rotating on-call roster and will report to the Property Services Coordinator.
About You
You will be an experienced qualified plumber with experience working on larger sites and holding a sound knowledge of all relevant codes, standards and regulations related to Plumbing and Drainage.
You will be able to work effectively both as part of a team and independently as required.
You will also bring;
* Plumbing Trades Certificate.
* Backflow Prevention Device licence.
* Thermostatic Mixing Value testing license.
* Type "A" Gas Fitters licence or a willingness to obtain one will be highly desirable.
* Valid Driver's license.
