Financial Services Business seeking a Scrum Master to join a cyber security program on a 12-month contract (with the view to extend, funding approved for a further 24 months).
Cyber Security is not essential, this is an chance to gain cyber program experience.
Role Responsibilities
You will be responsible for uplifting the Agile delivery capabilities of the team, embedding consistent and sustained adoption of methodology and optimised team performance resulting in maximum value created and delivered
Identifying opportunities to uplift, implement and embed improvement of Agile best practices
Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Stand-ups, Retrospectives
Optimal use of Agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence to support documentation, such as showcases, retro outputs & actions completed.
Reporting enhancements at a project and portfolio level
Facilitate improved management of interdependencies across teams within a project and across different projects, including identification, documentation, communication and resolution of Risks, Issues, Blockers other obstacles which could impact delivery.
Work with project and portfolio management to facilitate and provide estimates and resource requirements to aid forward planning.
What this client is looking for?
Scrum Master with experience in large, complex technology programs (Desirable experience, Cyber with any industry background OR otherwise Financial Services Industry experience if no Cyber)
Business Analyst background
Ability to influence
An SM who can coach & uplift low maturity squads
