As a Cabin Ground Trainer, you will lead Ground School training and assessments in Emergency Procedures, Dangerous Goods and Human Factors. Your primary focus will be delivering a comprehensive Cabin Crew training program, ensuring our crew are endorsed to safely and confidently manage any situation onboard our F100, A319, and A320 aircraft. Together with the team, you will also consider opportunities to continuously develop and improve our training programs and document learning outcomes and safety operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and facilitate ground training and supporting documentation for crew
* Maintain equipment, knowledge and awareness related to ground training programs
* Comply with safe working practices and act with due care to safeguard health and safety
* Sign off on regulatory training (such as dangerous goods, evacuation of aircraft) being met
* Report all incidences and hazards and ensure investigations are undertaken
* Conduct safety observations and inspections and report and manage all identified issues
* Report on missed and failed training to senior management
Qualifications
* Demonstrated people leadership and willingness to coach and develop others
* Strategic thinking abilities that influence, motivate, develop and engage others
* Forward thinking with the ability to coordinate and foresee upcoming requirements
* Strong communication skills that relay motivation and resilience
* Previous experience in a similar position or operational role such as Cabin Crew
