They are seeking an experienced business development manager who thrives on building strong relationships and uncovering new opportunities.
Your new role
* Prospect via cold calls, digital outreach and networking
* Qualify & close new accounts across, taxi-truck, freight forwarding, courier and warehousing
* Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service-level agreements
* Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals that address client objectives
* Build long-term relationships with prospects and existing clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions
* Conduct market research to uncover new business opportunities, customer segments, and emerging industry trends
* Shape and mentor the sales function
What you'll need to succeed
* 5+ years' BDM/senior sales leadership in transport, taxi truck, logistics or freight forwarding
* Proven cold-calling prowess and resilience
* Commercial end-to-end supply-chain understanding warehousing, local & international freight, courier services
* Self-starter who thrives on autonomy
