We are currently seeking a talented Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team on a part-time or casual basis. This is a flexible role that can be tailored to suit your lifestyle—whether you're based in the office, working hybrid, or fully remote.
About the Role
This hands-on role is ideal for a creative all-rounder who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You'll be responsible for driving digital content initiatives, supporting the sales team with visual communication, and helping elevate our brand presence across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities
* End-to-End Content Creation: Design and produce high-impact content including flyers, brochures, digital ads, website banners, social media graphics, promotional videos, animations, and packaging.
* Brand Consistency: Manage and maintain our visual asset library while ensuring consistent branding across all materials.
* Video & Photography: Capture and edit footage for product and promotional purposes.
* 3D Visualisation: Collaborate with our Sales & Estimating team to create 3D visuals for tenders and construction methodologies.
* Website & SEO Management: Maintain our WordPress-based website, optimise content for SEO, and manage paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
* Social Media Management: Create and schedule content, monitor engagement, and report on performance.
* Campaign Reporting: Track analytics and measure the impact of campaigns to inform improvements.
Skills & Experience
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
* Experience with WordPress CMS and basic website maintenance.
* Demonstrated SEO/SEM knowledge (e.g., keyword research, Google Ads).
* Strong video production, photography, and editing skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
