Depot Management Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled leader to head our depot team in Cairns.
* Leading and managing a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service
* Ensuring compliance with maintenance procedures and NHVAS protocols
* Contributing to company policies and procedures
* Coordinating and delegating freight activities according to schedules
* Liaising with other depot locations and managers
* Monitoring and reporting daily on fleet allocation, tracking, and utilization
Essential Qualifications
* Minimum 3+ years of experience in a management role or similar
* Transport and logistics expertise
* Knowledge of heavy vehicles and equipment
