About the Role

Be the friendly face and organised hub that keeps our CCU running smoothly.

At Richmind WA, every role matters and as an Administration Assistant in our Community Care Unit, you'll be at the heart of the service, supporting staff and residents, and helping create a welcoming, safe, and efficient environment. What You'll Do

* Provide reception and administrative support with professionalism and warmth, greeting visitors and responding to enquiries
* Assist with intake, referrals, and panel processes, ensuring smooth operations for both staff and participants
* Maintain a neat and functional reception and office area
* Support staff with rostering, meeting agendas, minutes, and project-based tasks
* Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier packages, petty cash, banking, and key registers
* Complete data entry, update forms, and maintain accurate records in line with policies and procedures
* Collaborate with the CCU team to contribute to continuous improvement and efficient service delivery

Manage ordering of stationery and food supplies for the service as required


Who We're Looking For

* Office administration qualifications or equivalent experience
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Friendly, professional, and approachable, with excellent communication skills
* Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple tasks, and adapt in a changing environment
* Experience in not-for-profit or mental health services is highly desirable
* Positive, proactive, and aligned with Richmind WA's values


Requirements

* National Police Clearance
* WA Driver's Licence
* First Aid Certificate
* Working with Children Check
