About the Role:
WorkPac are seeking a Site Support Technician for a position based on site at Olympic Dam. This position is offering a Monday to Friday roster for a 6 month duration.
Key duties and responsibilities:
* Day to day management of 3 x BHP technology systems, including but not limited to system updates, additions, deletions, new requests
* IVMS – In-Vehicle Monitoring System
* DSS – Driver Safety System
* FMT – Fuel Management System
* Overseeing of 'exceptions' through EMS
* First point of contact for all queries, updates and issues across asset relating to above systems
* Supervisor support through training and report preparation
* In-Field Verifications & support
* Management of Mobile Maintenance Safety System SharePoint – currently being established through project team ready for BAU handover
Skills and Experience required:
* Understanding of BHP Event Management System (EMS), Flex – desirable but not essential
* Ability to learn and pick up new systems efficiently
* Good Microsoft Office & computer skills
* PowerPoint, Excel, Word
* Able to communicate across different work groups across asset
* Team player willing to assist with team outcomes
* Someone that is acceptable and eager to support new systems/processes
* Current Drivers licence
