This is a Fixed Term Full Time appointment, with possibility of extensions and/or permanency.
Responsibilities
Administrative Assistant is responsible for the provision of administrative support, purchasing, data preparation and associated activities of the General Surgery Department, including medical rostering.
This role assists the team with administrative duties as directed by the Head of Department, Consultants and Nursing Staff.
In addition, Administrative Assistant supervises administrative and clerical support staff in the department, centre or service if required.
Qualifications
