Job Overview
The Residential Accommodation Services Team is part of the Commercial Services Unit within Infrastructure Services. The team works under the direction of the Manager - Residential Accommodation to provide accommodation to eligible onboarding health service staff in accordance with policy.
The Residential Property Officer manages all aspects of residential accommodation for staff, contractors, and visitors in southern Tasmania, following relevant policies and procedures.
Responsibilities include managing accommodation contracts, coordinating tenancies, furnishing, service connection, maintenance, and cleaning.
The officer serves as the primary contact for all accommodation-related issues in the area, liaising, negotiating, and resolving issues with internal and external stakeholders and tenants.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Demonstrated extensive knowledge and experience in real estate or property management

* Strong organisational skills, including financial management and problem-solving
About the Role
This is a permanent, full-time position working 76 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible. Hours are negotiable with the successful applicant.
The salary for this role is $81,915 to $94,263 per annum, plus 12% superannuation contribution.
