Are you an organised, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment? We are looking for a Clinical Support Officer (CSO) to provide high-quality administrative and operational support to our dedicated healthcare teams.
About the Opportunity
In this vital role, you will work under the direction of a Nurse/Midwifery Unit Manager (N/MUM), supporting the smooth day-to-day functioning of designated wards or units. While you will work under broad supervision, you will also have the opportunity to exercise initiative and make a real impact through your attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
This role requires balancing multiple priorities, thinking ahead, and supporting diverse stakeholders - all while maintaining professionalism and accuracy. In this role you will:
* Coordinate workforce operations – Maintain accurate roster and workforce data while supporting recruitment, leave, payroll, and performance review processes.
* Drive quality and compliance – Contribute to quality improvement and accreditation activities while managing documentation, records, and regulatory requirements.
* Support clinical operations – Coordinate meetings and multidisciplinary ward rounds to ensure smooth daily unit functioning.
* Manage resources and service delivery – Ensure equipment and supplies are available and provide exceptional customer service to staff, patients, and stakeholders.

About You We are looking for someone who has:
* Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced clinical environment.
* Strong attention to detail and a proven ability to maintain accurate data, documentation, and workforce records..
* Experience supporting recruitment, rostering, payroll, or HR processes within a structured organisation.
* A proactive mindset, sound judgement, and the confidence to take initiative within established policies and procedures
* Outstanding communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clinical staff, patients, and stakeholders.
