About the role
As a Marketing Partnerships Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in the effective management of high-value Partners by coordinating partnership deliverables and driving sustainable revenue growth for our organization. This is a 12-month contract role that offers valuable experience in brand management and implementation.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Managing the end-to-end delivery of contractual, financial, and timeline processes of nominated partners across our events, including delivery of contracted partnership benefits and activations.
* Identifying, assessing, and presenting impactful partnership opportunities that deliver strategic value for both our organization and its partners.
* Supporting the delivery of a best-in-class Partner communication plan that addresses key areas of Partner needs.
* Supervising partner promotional and marketing activity against contract expectations while looking to increase leverage opportunities for our organization.
* Maintaining expenditure budgets for nominated partners, including building and maintaining cost of servicing sheets.
* Supporting the delivery of post-tournament reports to Partners and relevant agencies.
About you
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
* Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, Sports Management, or Marketing (Desirable)
* Proven experience in brand management and implementation, ideally with 3 years working within the partnerships/sponsorship industry.
* Knowledge of Australian and international partnerships at all levels, including partnership brand objectives.
* A solid understanding of brand equity and ability to implement brand guidelines.
* Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and stakeholder management skills.
* Strong organizational skills and a solution-focused approach to dealing with issues.
* A willingness to hold (or obtain) a current Police Check and Working with Children Check.
* The flexibility to adapt to changing work arrangements related to our organization’s requirements.
