Are you looking for a career in customer service and administration? We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to join our team in Silverwater NSW.
This role will see you working closely with customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will be responsible for handling internal and external customer queries via phone, email and web, as well as inputting data into the CRM database.
You will also be undertaking various administrative duties, including daily processing of driver run sheets, communicating with stakeholders across branches in NSW and ensuring a high level of customer service is delivered across the business.
* Previous experience in an inbound & outbound customer service or administration role is essential.
* Excellent telephone etiquette, data accuracy and an eye for detail are a must.
* Proficiency with various tech tools like Microsoft Office, Salesforce and phone systems is required.
