Medical Receptionist Opportunity in Southern Region
We are seeking a skilled and organised Medical Receptionist to work across our clinics in the southern region. As the welcoming face of our clinics, you will provide exceptional service to patients and visitors in a fast-paced medical environment.
This role offers variety, with shifts scheduled Monday to Friday between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM, and the chance to support multiple locations including Blackwood, Morphett Vale, Mt Barker, Noarlunga, Christies Beach, and Edwardstown. Flexibility and travel across sites are key, making this an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives on variety and enjoys being part of a supportive, professional team.

* Manage patient bookings via phone (inbound & outbound)
* Deliver outstanding patient care & service
* Support referrers and medical professionals with queries
* Handle admin, results, billing & reception tasks
* Work flexibly across call centre and reception shifts
A people-first attitude with strong customer service skills is essential. You should have great communication, detail focus, and multitasking ability, as well as a positive, team-oriented approach. Medical admin knowledge is beneficial but not required. Customer service experience is necessary, proven ability to work under pressure, and a positive attitude and team spirit are also important.
