About the Position
Position: Underground Charge‐up Operative (Night shift, 8:6 roster, FIFO from Perth). Salary: $127,500.00 to $143,202 base + super and benefits.
Responsibilities
* Conduct pre‐start checks and weekly inspections of assets
* Assist in preventative maintenance and troubleshooting
* Support explosive‐related activities such as charging, priming and stemming
* Share valuable knowledge with crew and clients
* Build strong customer relationships
* Maintain a high level of professionalism and safety standards
Requirements
* Commitment to a safe, inclusive, high‐performance culture
* Ability to work night shift
* Solid experience in underground charge‐up (development and production blasting)
* HR licence – Manual Synchromesh
* National Police Clearance
* Dangerous Goods Security Card
* Dangerous Goods Driver's Licence
* Forklift Licence
* RIIHAN301E – Operate Elevated Work Platform (EWP)
* RIIWHS204E – Work Safety at Heights
