Recruitment Team Manager – EMEA at Planet Pharma
Planet Pharma is currently partnering with one of Australia’s fastest-growing HealthTech organisations, who are looking for part‑time AHPRA‑registered Medical Practitioners to join their expanding telehealth team.
The position offers flexible working hours (8–30 hours per week) and can be structured as either a permanent or locum role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high‑quality telehealth consultations to patients
- Conduct clinical assessments, issue prescriptions and manage follow‑up consultations
- Collaborate effectively with nursing and multidisciplinary support teams
- Maintain compliance with clinical and regulatory standards, ensuring accurate digital documentation
- Participate in clinical governance activities, training sessions, and peer education initiatives
Key Requirements:
- MBBS (or equivalent) with unrestricted AHPRA registration – minimum PGY4 level
- Clinical experience in emergency medicine, urgent care, general practice, or telehealth settings
- Ability to manage approximately 6 patients per hour (10–15 minute consultations)
- Demonstrated clinical judgement, strong documentation skills, and a harm‑reduction approach to care
- Confident using digital health tools and telehealth platforms
