**Job Description**
As a Casual Educator at Goodstart, you'll be responsible for actively contributing to the education program in the room and centre team. You'll engage and supervise children at all times, maintain a safe environment for children, families and team members, build and maintain strong relationships with children and families, and comply with National Quality Standards and policies.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Contribute to the development and implementation of educational programs that promote learning and development for children
* Supervise and engage children during activities, meals and sleep times
* Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with colleagues and families
* Collaborate with centre staff to achieve goals and objectives
* Participate in ongoing professional learning and development opportunities
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will hold an ACECQA approved early childhood qualification, a current Queensland Working with Children Check (Blue Card), and be willing to travel between services. You'll also need to have flexible availability between Monday-Friday, 6:00am and 6:45pm.
