We are seeking a highly skilled Aquatic Operations Coordinator to join our team at the Belgravia Health and Leisure Group Pty Ltd.
Job Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operations of the aquatic facility, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for patrons.
Main Responsibilities
* Coordinate staff schedules and rotas to ensure adequate staffing levels at all times
* Monitor and control pool temperatures, chemical levels, and water quality
* Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations
* Respond to customer complaints and provide excellent customer service
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
Requirements
* Degree in a relevant field such as hospitality or recreation management
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
