As an In-Store Visual Merchandiser, you'll create an engaging shopping experience that drives store success and profitability. You will inspire customers to engage with our brand and product by creating visually captivating merchandise displays, making customer-driven decisions, executing visual merchandise directives, and ensuring exceptional store presentation. You will support the Store Manager to coach and mentor the team to uphold high visual standards in line with our company vision.

• Execute in-store creative displays, including windows and mannequins to reflect the brand vision and deliver world‐class shopping experience to your specific customer demographic.
• Analyse reports and make data‐driven decisions on store layout and product merchandising.
• Support the store management team to deliver and maintain visual standards across all departments.
• Inspire and coach the store team on company standards and customer expectations to drive a world‐class experience for JD customers.

• Customer‐first mindset and passion for creating a great customer shopping experience.
• Experience in a Visual Merchandiser role with a fashion retailer.
• Strong passion for fashion, highly creative, and enjoy influencing others.
• Strong knowledge of our brands is preferred.
• Demonstrated critical thinking and commercial awareness.
• Excellent time‐management skills, including prioritisation and delegation to ensure daily priorities are executed timely.
• Confidence in communicating with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the business.
• Ability to adapt to continuously changing processes and procedures.
