Responsibilities
* Specify, test, and tune BLDC motors, harmonic drives, and customized gearboxes.
* Design motor control firmware (FOC) for maximum efficiency and torque density.
* Collaborate with mechanical engineers on joint design and thermal management.
Required Skills
* Deep understanding of electromechanical systems and motor physics.
* Experience writing firmware in C/C++ for microcontrollers.
* Hands-on experience with industrial communication protocols (EtherCAT, CAN bus).
