At Busy Bees at Lara, we are passionate about creating nurturing environments where children feel safe, valued, and excited to learn. We’re looking for a qualified Full time Educator to join our dedicated team and help deliver high-quality education and care for up to 103 children.
In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to create engaging, play-based learning experiences, foster strong relationships with children and families, and contribute to a supportive team culture.
Your Impact as an Educator
- Create and deliver play-based learning programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Build strong, trusting relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory and safety requirements
- Collaborate with the team to develop inclusive and engaging environments
- Contribute to continuous improvement within the service
What You’ll Bring
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA approved) – Working Towards not accepted for this role
- Knowledge of the EYLF and NQS
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Current VIC Working with Children Check (Employee)
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications
