About the Role
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers—playing a critical role in ensuring every interaction is smooth, efficient, and exceeds expectations.
What You'll Be Doing
* Managing incoming calls and customer enquiries
* Supporting sales enquiries and providing solutions
* Raising and invoicing orders accurately and efficiently
* Monitoring and responding to shared inboxes
* Processing credits, warranties, and new accounts
* Managing freight follow‐ups and backorders
* Updating customer records and pricing information
* Handling general administration and office support tasks
* Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements
You're someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and takes pride in delivering outstanding service.
* Experience in customer service and/or sales support
* Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with a wide range of customers
* A proactive, solutions‐focused mindset
* High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
* The ability to follow through and resolve issues efficiently
* A positive, "can‐do" attitude with a strong work ethic
* A team‐first approach with adaptability in a changing environment
