Job Summary
Step off the tools and into a professional office role with a leading engineering solutions company. Works Monday to Friday, 7am to 3:30pm, based in Unanderra, NSW. You will join our branch as an Estimator / Purchaser, supporting customers and managing purchasing and repair estimates for hydraulic equipment.
Responsibilities
* Prepare quotes and estimates for repairs and manufacturing services.
* Provide professional advice on our products and services.
* Manage customer accounts and build strong relationships.
* Work closely with your team to meet customer expectations.
* Support branch performance and daily operations.

Qualifications
* Proven customer service experience with confidence in building relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
* Previous experience in estimating, purchasing, or procurement (highly regarded).
* Experience working with hydraulic or industrial equipment, or within an engineering workshop environment.
* Solid mechanical aptitude with the ability to understand technical products and services.
* Intermediate computer skills and ability to quickly learn internal systems.
* Strong organisational skills with excellent time management and attention to detail.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast‐paced environment.
* Self‐motivated approach to work independently and take initiative.
* Genuine willingness to learn, develop new skills, and grow within the business.
