Job Title: Corporate Support Specialist
This role offers an exciting opportunity to work across all of the firm's practice areas, including property and business transactions.
Main Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to six professional staff.
* Assist with various tasks, including appointment setting, witnessing wills for estate planning, Titles Office e-lodgements, and stamping.
* Draft basic correspondence, leases, and other agreements on instruction.
* Perform reception duties and prepare invoices.
Key Skills:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in an assistant/secretarial role in property and commercial law.
* Excellent customer service ethic with a focus on high-quality service.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Attention to detail.
* Solid knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office, Titles elodgements, PEXA, and QRO online.
