We’re on the hunt for two experienced Site Foremen to join a respected Property Developer/Construction Group that has an impressive 10-year pipeline of high-rise residential projects.

The role:
As their new Site Foreman, you’ll play a critical role in day-to-day site management.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing construction sites by coordinating trades and contractors to ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Conducting quality assurance inspections and ensuring work meets the highest standards.
- Leading WH&S; inductions and ensuring site compliance with safety regulations.
- Resolving challenges to keep the project on track and moving forward.
To succeed in these roles, you’ll need:
- Cert IV in Building/Construction and at least 5 years of experience as a site supervisor.
- A proven track record in high-density, high-rise residential apartments.
- Strong knowledge of building procedures, regulations, and the ability to interpret plans.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead and inspire a team.
- Attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to perform under pressure.
- Confident with weekly toolbox talks with subbies and other staff
