About This Opportunity
The City of Subiaco is undergoing a period of significant expansion, with new residential developments, revitalized main streets and public spaces, and an increasing diversity of retail, dining, cultural, and recreational activities.
We are working closely with the community, businesses, and partners to guide this growth while preserving Subiaco's heritage, character, and identity.
Main Responsibilities:
* Processing and ownership of development application workflows for building works and changes in use within the City of Subiaco.
* Providing assistance for State Administrative Tribunal reviews of planning decisions.
* Liaising with other City staff in the processing of applications for development approval as required.

Key Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and project management skills. You should have experience with development application workflows and be able to work effectively with stakeholders.
A strong understanding of local government policies and procedures would be highly regarded.
