About the role:

As a Receptionist / Front of House at CBRE's Brisbane Head Office, you will be the first point of contact for our employees, clients, and visitors. Your day will be varied and fast paced, with responsibilities including:

- Greeting guests and coordinating hospitality requests
- Managing reception, calls, security access, and mail
- Scheduling and preparing meeting rooms, arranging catering, and supporting events
- Coordinating with facilities teams to ensure seamless operations
- Supporting the Office Manager with daily office operations, social initiatives, and administrative tasks
- You will be part of a collaborative and social team that values professionalism and exceptional service.

About you:

We are looking for someone who is confident, professional, and thrives in a client‑facing role. You will bring:

- Previous experience in Front of House, Corporate Reception, Guest Services, Hospitality or retail
- A polished, welcoming, and professional presentation
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- The ability to manage multiple priorities calmly and effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
