We operate 100% remotely in a \'results or nothing\' setting - if you\'re looking for a comfortable, low-pressure role, this isn\'t it.The RoleAccount Managers are the liaisons between Generate Listings and our real estate agent clients.
They are the primary point of contact -- handling all day-to-day agent interactions, as well as managing campaigns and correcting issues as needed to ensure agent success.
You\'ll manage 50+ real estate agents, serving as their strategic coach and growth partner, helping them transition from referral-dependent businesses to scalable digital lead generation systems that consistently grow their GCI.
You are simultaneously an agency representative, account manager, and most importantly, coach.
We are NOT looking for "yes-people" who do anything agents ask without critically examining whether it\'s actually in their best interest.
We\'re looking for real estate marketing personal trainers.
