Commercial insight. Technical precision. Real project impact.
We're seeking an experienced Estimator to play a critical role in securing and setting up major structural steel and commercial construction projects across Australia and New Zealand. This is a senior-level opportunity for someone who thrives in the detail, sees risk before it happens, and understands that accuracy at tender stage sets the tone for everything that follows.
If you're ready to influence high-profile builds and be part of a team known for delivering strength and excellence in every structure — we'd love to hear from you.
Graduates with strong potential and a genuine drive to build a career in estimating are also encouraged to apply.
About the Role
As an Estimator, you will be a key strategic contributor in the early phases of our projects — leading the preparation of detailed tenders, conducting cost analysis, and collaborating closely with project teams to ensure competitive, accurate, and commercially sound submissions.
You'll work across commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects, bringing clarity, structure, and insight to every bid.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed and competitive tenders and cost estimates for structural steel and construction projects
Interpret and review structural steel documentation, drawings, and specifications
Measure and price tender packages, including take-offs and preliminaries
Scope works and obtain competitive pricing from subcontractors and suppliers
Conduct cost analysis, risk assessments, and value engineering
Participate in tender reviews, bid presentations, and pre-contract negotiations
Provide detailed project handovers with strong commercial insight for seamless delivery
Contribute to continuous improvement and maintain estimating systems aligned with ISO 9001, 45001 and 14001 standards

A calm, solutions-focused approach under deadline pressure
For Graduate Applicants:
