Factory Manager – Outdoor Blinds Manufacturing (Ziptrak Systems)

Just Quality is seeking a hands-on Factory Manager to lead our Outdoor Blinds manufacturing operation, specialising in Ziptrak-style blind systems.
This is a full-time, on-site role suited to someone who is practical, organised, and comfortable working closely with the factory floor team to keep production running smoothly, safely, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day factory operations for the manufacture of outdoor blinds, including production workflow, quality control, and output targets
* Lead, supervise, and support factory staff to ensure safety, efficiency, and consistent build quality
* Communicate daily with the factory workforce to provide clear instructions, training, and feedback
* Work closely with installers, receiving installation feedback and resolving production-related issues
* Feed installation and site feedback back into manufacturing for continuous improvement
* Conduct monthly stock takes and manage basic inventory control
* Monitor material usage and coordinate ordering requirements
* Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements
* Provide regular performance and production updates to management

About You
* Previous experience as a Factory Manager, Factory Hand, or Manufacturing Supervisor
* Strong understanding of factory operations and hands-on production environments
* Experience in manufacturing, fabrication, or assembly-based production (outdoor blinds, aluminium systems, or similar highly regarded)
* Practical, hands-on leadership style and comfortable working on the factory floor
* Strong problem-solving and organisational skills
* Trade or technical background highly regarded
Language Requirement
* Capable English communication skills for daily workplace coordination and reporting
* Mandarin language skills are essential, as the role involves daily communication with the factory workforce whose primary working language is Mandarin
