Baptcare is seeking a dedicated Quality Business Partner to join our Community Services team in Sunshine. This full-time role offers the opportunity to champion quality improvement while supporting vulnerable members of our community. About the Opportunity As our Quality Business Partner, you'll work alongside our Community Services team to ensure we deliver exceptional care and support. You'll be the go-to person for quality assurance, helping us maintain the highest standards while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. What You'll Be Doing Support quality management systems and compliance across community services programs Collaborate with teams to identify improvement opportunities and implement solutions Conduct quality reviews and audits to ensure best practice delivery Provide training and guidance to staff on quality standards and procedures Analyse data and prepare reports to inform decision-making Build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders What We're Looking For Experience in quality assurance, compliance, or business improvement roles Strong analytical skills with attention to detail Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities Understanding of community services or healthcare environments preferred Relevant tertiary qualifications in business, quality management, or related field Commitment to supporting people from diverse backgrounds How to Apply Click 'Apply Now' to submit your application.
