The purpose of this job is…
The Dental Assistant supports safe, high-quality patient care by maintaining infection control standards and ensuring treatment rooms and equipment are prepared, with the role created to strengthen clinical support and meet growing patient demand.
What you'll need to make it possible:
* Casual role with set days – availability required Monday, Tuesday and Friday;
* Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting highly regarded.
* Hands-on chair-side support – assist clinicians with suction, instruments, materials, mixing techniques and X-ray procedures.
* Clinical excellence matters – prepare and maintain treatment rooms, instruments and equipment in line with infection control, WHS and BDC standards.
* Keep the practice running smoothly – manage appointments, bookings, confirmations and changes with professionalism, accountability and discretion.
