Job Description: We are seeking highly capable and values-driven individuals to provide an effective and efficient outpatient clerical service ensuring a high standard of care and service to all patients for the designated department, centre or service. This role involves front desk patient reception, clinic preparation, new and review appointment booking, outpatient letter processing, maintaining medical records, and utilising computerised information systems to manage patient health records.
Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You should also possess strong organisational and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy. Additionally, you will require knowledge of medical terminology and computerised information systems.
