About the Role
Are you a customer‐service driven individual looking to start a career in banking? As the Customer Service Officer, you will be the first point of contact in the branch, providing exceptional service to our customer network by identifying and supporting customers' current and future financial needs. You will undertake transaction activities, educate customers on digital banking solutions, and conduct needs‐based conversations to generate opportunities in personal banking and lending.
Responsibilities

* Previous banking or sales experience is a plus but not required.
